We really didn't plan this very well. One of the things I was most looking forward to seeing in Venice was the Rialto market and the fish market in particular. We arrived in Venice about 2pm on Saturday (market already finished) and left for the airport about 8am Tuesday (too early to visit the market). Of course, the market doesn't open on Sunday and Monday (no fishing), so we missed out :(
